Manage the entire claims process from registration to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims.

"In-Progress"/Outstanding Claims:
Action any claims processing requirements in respect of the "In-Progress"/Outstanding claims as per the target provided by the Team Leader. (daily)

  1. Claims Handling
  2. Managing own area of control
  3. Monthly reporting
  4. Admin drives


Client Interaction
Regular liaison and communication with broker/client on progress of the claim.

Documentation and Record-Keeping
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all claims, including registration, updates, and settlements.

Teamwork and Collaboration
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives, and provide support and guidance as needed.

Professional Development
Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
