About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Talent Sam. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to our B2B customers via email and live chat, ensuring the resolution of inquiries and concerns.
  • Product Support: Offer comprehensive product support, assist customers with inquiries on using our platform, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Onboarding: Engage with new leads and users as part of their onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to the Help Center by creating helpful articles and resources, enhancing our customer support ecosystem.
  • Collaboration: Provide feedback and collaborate with the Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional English speaking and writing skills, with a customer-first mentality.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a getting-things-done mindset.
  • Team Player: Proactive team player who can multi-task independently under pressure.
  • Adaptability: Fast learner, tech-oriented, and comfortable working with digital tools.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience: Customer service/facing experience and experience in e-commerce/B2B are significant advantages.
