- At least 1 year of experience in client services.
- Knowledgeable about the short-term insurance industry.
- Advantageous to have comprehensive understanding of Santam products and services.
- Ability to interpret policy wording and schedule accurately.
- Capacity to apply sound judgment based on available information, draw valid conclusions, and make informed recommendations to stakeholders.
- Formal writing skills to communicate effectively with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, self-control, self-confidence, time management skills.
- Accurate checking of information, processes, and tasks.
- Prompt action-taking when required to complete tasks efficiently.
