Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships, understanding market trends, and positioning our recruitment services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the recruitment sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met and to provide exceptional service.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Established network of contacts.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
