About the Role

We are looking for an individual who possesses strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and achieve set targets by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Serve customers politely, professionally, and efficiently in the showroom and at trade shows, adhering to company policies such as minimum orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of breakages and damaged stock, ensuring all quotes are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Write credit requests and seek assistance from the admin clerk when necessary, ensuring all stock movements in or out of the premises are properly recorded.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Basic experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
