About the Role

The Senior Manager Marketing Technology will be responsible for building a global MarTech stack with centralized platforms for regional use, enabling faster time-to-market, asset re-use, and best practices. This position requires a deep understanding of operational requirements for ABM and MAP programs, as well as experience with industry-leading marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Eloqua, DemandBase, and Terminus.

You will lead the evaluation and rationalization of current similar applications, select one for standardization, and develop business cases with input from team members and stakeholders. Additionally, you will support identifying total cost of ownership, gathering business requirements, and scoring applications.

Maintaining integration platform owners, fostering relationships with regional platform users, and rolling out the chosen application using change management skills are also key responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with IT, Enterprise Architecture, marketing stakeholders, business analysts, and project management to ensure successful implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze tasks and execute them collaboratively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
