Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from R500,000 to R700,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Description

This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in resort management. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the General Manager in implementing operational strategies and initiatives
  • Maintaining high standards of safety and compliance across all areas of the resort
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff members to ensure they meet performance expectations
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and suppliers

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must possess the following essential skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry
  • A relevant qualification in hotel management or a related field
