Job Description:
  • Manage branch operations to achieve business objectives in line with regional and retail operations strategy.
  • Drive business results by creating an open dialogue with customers to educate them on all branch products.
  • Ensure betting boards are updated timely, and update memos, card changes, results, and scratchings throughout the day.

Requirements:
  • 12 months' experience in retail, gaming, or betting industry.
  • A valid driver's license is a plus.
  • 1-2 years leadership experience.
  • Diploma/degree or NQF 4 learnership.

What You'll Do For The Brand:
  1. Branch Growth: Ensure achievement of targets within your area in accordance with branch budgets.
  2. Cash Administration: Manage cash within the branch according to defined processes/procedures and minimize risks, theft/fraud.
  3. Communication: Ensure all operational communication within the branch is circulated to all team members.
  4. People Management: Manage team member rosters/schedules and ensure the branch is adequately staffed taking into account busy periods, events, and operational requirements.
  5. Guest Service: Provide good guest service by being friendly, helpful, polite, and courteous at all times.
