  3. Team Leadership: Identify and utilize opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new credit initiatives and value propositions that align with the various segment strategies.
  • Design and implement processes that improve efficiency for any new credit product.
  • Implement, monitor, and control business processes according to quality standards, policy, and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing risks in their area of responsibility and ensuring compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.

Additionally, they will develop an understanding of risks and risk management approaches, and provide input into the development of governance and compliance procedures and processes within the area of specialization.
