Role Overview :

The Head of Sales will lead the sales strategy, execution, and team management at Momentum People Services. This individual will drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, expanding the customer base, and building long-term relationships with institutional clients.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in sales leadership within the fintech or cryptocurrency space, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute the global sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets, driving growth across both retail and institutional markets.
  2. Team Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing training, motivation, and ongoing professional development to ensure peak performance.
  3. Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate clients.
  4. Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Market Intelligence : Stay up-to-date with cryptocurrency industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats.
