Job Title: Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Employ Africa Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer payroll processes and procedures in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Process payroll transactions, including salary payments, benefits, and deductions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Payroll Administration or related qualification in Finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant payroll experience.
  • Experience in Sage 300 People would be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of financial concepts and payroll legislation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Good team player.
  • Excellent skill using MS Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
