Job Description

We are seeking a Client Services Consultant to join our team in the SCI Client Enablement: Retail Services business. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and building long-lasting relationships with them.

Your primary objective will be to provide prompt and precise information to clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may encounter. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial markets and providing clients with regular updates on investment performance.

  • Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and investment options based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Monitor and analyze financial markets and provide clients with regular updates on investment performance.
  • Resolve client complaints, client requests, and other issues through collaboration with other departments in a timely and efficient manner to ensure seamless client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree or diploma, as well as 3-5 years of related experience. You should also have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
