Job Summary
International SOS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ER Doctor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Medical Officer, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising medical activities and services at our client's main site and satellite clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain high standards for safe and quality medical care and services.
- Supervise and manage medical staff, ensuring their professional conduct and clinical performance.
- Develop and implement educational and training programs for medical staff.
- Manage medical evacuations and ensure timely and effective response to medical emergencies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of medical services.
Requirements
- Registered to medically practice in country of origin/residence.
- Consultant/Specialist/Senior Registrar doctor in the field of Emergency Medicine.
- Post graduate degree in Emergency Medicine recommended.
- Valid ACLS (AHA) and ATLS certifications.
- Previous experience in managing Medical Services or similar administrative role.
- Experience in medical team management and remote site experience highly desirable.
- English is essential (written & verbal), Arabic will be an additional advantage.
- Must be IT Literate.
