As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all functions related to groups travel, from reservations to invoicing.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating quotes from start to finish, including Groups Itineraries, quoting, and invoicing.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have minimum 2+ years of experience as an Inbound Groups Consultant Intermediate to Senior level and excellent product knowledge of 3–5-star Hotels/Lodges across Southern Africa.
