Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Profile Personnel. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, campaign analysis, and budget management.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance our brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer engagement.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize our digital presence, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events, tournaments, and private functions, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and events, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in marketing management, with a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Brand Development: Ability to develop and maintain a strong brand image, including messaging, visual identity, and customer engagement.
  • Digital Marketing: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Event Coordination: Experience in event planning and execution, with a focus on customer service and event logistics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
