The Departmental Support Manager will provide administrative support to the healthcare department at GTC Pty Ltd. This includes managing all administrative duties, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating visitations and presentations of service providers with Employer groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative duties within the healthcare department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions on the Workflow system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- C coordinate visitations and presentations of service providers with Employer groups, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective internal and external communication strategies, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
- Liaise with clients to obtain information and assist with general queries as required, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a management role.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
