Office Coordinator Johannesburg Position

Our client, a leading organization based in Johannesburg, South Africa, seeks a highly motivated and organized Office Coordinator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in office administration and staff supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating office activities and ensuring efficient operations
- Managing appointments and meetings, both internally and externally
- Liaising with suppliers to secure office supplies and materials
- Supervising and mentoring office staff to achieve optimal performance
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A matric certificate as a minimum educational requirement
- Reliable transportation to facilitate on-the-job travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic
- A clean criminal record and fluency in Mandarin is a desirable asset
