Key Responsibilities
  • Implement cyclical production plans for various bakery products
  • Control ingredients used in baking yeast-based products, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Manage inventory levels, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demands
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Matric / NQF level 4 equivalent or recognized technical qualification in yeast-based baking
  • At least 3 years of experience in baking and manufacturing yeast-based products
Knowledge and Skills
  • Thorough understanding of product knowledge, including recipes and production processes
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team, promoting a culture of safety and quality
  • Familiarity with cold chain management and food safety practices
