We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Headhunter Expert who will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates through various channels and methods
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for our clients' needs

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Grade 12 or HR Graduate degree
• Experience working within the recruitment sector, preferably in a headhunting capacity
• A keen interest in recruitment and a willingness to continually learn and improve your skills
• The ability to travel to the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town when necessary
• Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, with estimated earnings ranging from R250,000 to R500,000 per annum, depending on performance and experience.
