About the Role

TFG Infotec seeks a Senior Visual Designer to develop digital learning content, effectively articulating learning requirements and aligning with digital standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design quality custom graphics and digital collateral across multiple brands, platforms, and devices.
  • Develop Visual Boards (VB) based on Story Boards (SB) created by Instructional Designers.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure a deep understanding of digital platform capabilities.
  • Adhere to aesthetic design and style guidelines, ensuring consistency across all content.
  • Prepare mock-ups and present designs for final approval.
  • Manage work files, stock image databases, and reference materials.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and design standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development, design, and digital learning.
  • Apply a model of continuous improvement and coach/mentor as needed.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in a design studio or agency space.
  • Qualification in graphic design and multimedia.
  • Exposure to digital learning methodologies preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
  • Excellent Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
  • Experience with Vyond and After Effects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to remain current with emerging trends and technologies.
