The role of the Visual Experience Designer will include:

Requirements

To succeed as our Visual Experience Designer, you'll need:



  • 3D Design Savvy: Knowledge of tools like Blender to add depth and detail to your designs.
  • AI Creativity: Familiarity with AI platforms (like MidJourney) to push creative possibilities and innovate your designs.
  • Figma: For collaborative prototyping and layout design.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: The essentials – from Photoshop and Illustrator to After Effects.
  • AI Tools: Experiment with AI to spark creativity and innovate your designs.
  • UX/UI Expertise: You design with purpose, making pages that are as functional as they are visually compelling.
  • Banner Ad Mastery: Experienced in creating high-performing, interactive ads that deliver results.
  • Campaign Experience: A portfolio that showcases impactful designs across diverse campaign types – from sports betting to game launches.
  • Mentorship Skills: A natural leader who can guide and inspire junior designers to reach new heights.
