Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications: HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 2+ years in a corporate environment, with experience in the BPO or call center industry preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Excel.

    • Excellent presentation, coaching, and people skills.

    • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    • High ethics and integrity in all customer interactions.

Accountabilities

  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively introducing and selling additional M-KOPA products to existing customers.

  • Career Development: Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your sales and customer engagement skills.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Telesales Team Lead and other colleagues to drive sales growth and achieve shared objectives.
