About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to lead our business growth optimization efforts, driving forward-thinking solutions that maximise ROI and propel our market-leading products to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies for acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Design, build, and scale internal and external data products, leveraging insights from large-scale A/B tests and predictive modelling techniques.
  • Maintain and improve our marketing tracking and attribution systems, automating reporting and analysis where possible.
  • Analyse customer acquisition costs, forecast customer spending, and optimise marketing channel mix for maximum impact.
  • Develop actionable insights for VPs and C-level executives, effectively communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Prioritise and manage competing tasks, leading projects from end-to-end while mentoring junior team members and contributing to data discipline standards.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in growth analytics or a related field.
  • Expertise in mobile measurement platforms, web tracking tools (e.g. Braze, Appsflyer, Adjust, GA360/GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment), and ROAS performance marketing frameworks.
  • Advanced SQL, data modelling, and visualisation skills, with a deep understanding of statistics and probability.
  • Experience working in fintech, start-ups, or scale-ups is a plus.
