The Global Research Team Lead will play a pivotal role in coordinating research partnerships, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables at Grassroot Soccer. This position involves facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners and consultants, particularly in key geographies such as South Africa, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of research protocols, data collection tools, and data analysis. They will also support thought leadership efforts, including abstract submissions and the dissemination of research findings through publications and presentations.

This role requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills for managing activities and projects across various countries and staff / volunteers / partners from various cultures.

To be successful in this role, you will have a university-level degree or coursework/training in Development Studies, Public Health, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field. You should also have a minimum of 3 years of experience in adolescent health or program implementation of international health projects.
