We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our clients vibrant accounts team within the Legal industry. In this role, you will report to the Payroll Manager and play a crucial part in ensuring the payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly processing of payroll input
  • Relationship management and quality control of the payroll software service provider
  • Prepare detailed monthly reconciliation of the payroll reports to the income statements and balance sheet accounts for all entities
  • Be the liaison with human resources and resolution of queries pertaining to the payroll
  • Manage the coordination, analysis, and capturing of benefits
  • Assist external auditors as and when required in this area
  • Assist with the administration of annual salary increases
  • Other ad hoc wider tasks as and when required

Requirements:

  • Post-matric qualification, with payroll and HR administration training
  • A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Experience of working with a large payroll of 1000+ employees
