We are seeking an experienced Group Reporting Manager to join our group finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for African business, and the ability to balance financial diligence with entrepreneurial energy.

The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain reporting structures that support both the business and our clients. They will be responsible for managing the finances of Unifi's holding company and ensuring effective financial management practices are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Holistically understand the business and develop financial control environments.
  • Design and implement reporting structures that meet business needs.
  • Manage the maintenance and tailoring of finance software.
  • Oversee group wide reporting, including timelines, format, and consolidation.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified CA(SA)
  • Minimum 5 years of post-article experience
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Flexibility for occasional travel
  • Passion for Africa and willingness to work in the developing world context
