Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products, and maintaining compliance with trade and legal regulations.
  • This role involves managing customer orders, dispatch, and complaints, as well as coordinating logistics and inventory management activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders efficiently, serve as the primary point of contact for order management, and communicate with Warehouse and Production teams on delivery schedules.
  • Interface and collaborate with SCM, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor open orders, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely issuance of commercial documents, including invoices and credit notes, in accordance with Global Policy.
  • Coordinate logistics chain activities, such as booking transportation, finished goods dispatch, and raising invoices.
  • Identify variances in orders against forecast and report findings to relevant teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform month-end tasks to ensure timely submission to finance, supporting financial reporting and analysis.
  • Work closely with Clearing agents, Warehouse, and Production teams to receive import shipments and resolve any associated issues.
  • Respond to customer queries, act as the primary point of contact for handling customer grievances, and provide proactive solutions to prevent future issues.
  • Collaborate with Finance to process Credit and Debit Notes as per Global Policy, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
  • Manage customer-focused sample requests, streamlining the process to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying areas for cost control and implementing new procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the Customer Service function.
  • Maintain and manage Master Data accurately, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the organization.
