**About the Role:**

Pedros is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the efficient operation of our human resources functions.

Main Duties:

  • Receiving and processing employee onboarding packs, verifying completeness and accuracy of documents.
  • Collaboration with payroll department to ensure timely submission of required documents.
  • Providing information and guidance to store employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in HR.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, including BCEA.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
