Project Coordinator Role

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress and create project status reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist with resource scheduling to ensure team members have necessary resources.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between project managers and stakeholders.
  • Manage project management documents, such as project plans and budgets, as directed by project managers.
  • Execute administrative tasks, including maintaining project updates.
  • Support team members in implementing risk management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Project management courses or certification (CAPM or other).
  • Working knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Projects Online, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
