Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at HC Recruit. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing communication channels, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors and callers.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure office security by monitoring access and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Provide information about the organization and assist callers with inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Matriculation certificate.
  • Tertiary qualification advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2 years of similar experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Syspro or Similar ERP Software experience.
