Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Strategist to join our team As a key member of our organization, you'll work closely with clients in the FMCG industry to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive success.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will see you working on a variety of projects, including maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships, increasing Net Promoter Score (NPS), and driving adoption of NielsenIQ tools and capabilities. You'll leverage your deep understanding of the FMCG industry and our product portfolio to identify opportunities for collaboration and thought leadership.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You'll serve as the relationship owner within Customer Success, managing client relationships and executing critical communications.
  • Build strong networks and relationships at all levels to maximize business opportunities.
  • Lead Joint Business Plans, aligning customer objectives, defining success metrics, and collaborating with other commercial functions to incorporate analytic and data quality elements.
  • Leverage existing NielsenIQ tools to advance customer business objectives through strategic thought leadership and flawless execution.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, ensuring client needs are met by the appropriate teams.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience analyzing data in an FMCG environment.
  • Strong planning and servicing skills.
  • Experience working with clients to solve business issues.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to design solutions to answer client business issues.
  • A consultative style of working.
  • A proven track record of delivering success through others.
