Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and well-documented software applications using Java web development methodologies.
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver software solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain and improve existing software systems, ensuring they remain up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with junior developers to mentor and guide them in their career development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with Java web application development, including proficiency in deploying and maintaining large-scale applications.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Familiarity with front-end development tools like React, NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and Intellij IDE.
  • Experience with build tools like Jenkins, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and source control management systems like Git.
  • Proficiency in database management systems, including MSSQL and MySQL.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
