Role Description

This role involves managing a book of debtor accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivables and be able to interpret age analysis, contractual terms and conditions to outline a collection strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To compile and evaluate information needed to collect maximum outstanding accounts efficiently.
  • To resolve any discrepancies and prevent bad debt.
  • To manage a book of debtor accounts.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • A minimum of 1 year's accounts receivables experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a working knowledge of the English language.
  • Ability to interpret age analysis, contractual terms and conditions to outline a collection strategy.
  • Numerical ability and good interpersonal skills.
