Office Coordinator

As a key member of our team at Vodafone, you will play a vital role in supporting the Chief Officer Legal, Risk & Compliance (Chief Officer LRC) in their duties. This includes providing administrative support, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents for presentation to the Executive.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Officer LRC, including email management and task prioritization
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the Chief Officer LRC
- Prepare and edit documents for presentation to the Executive
- Develop and maintain office management systems
- Budget and Expense Management
- Assist the Chief Officer LRC with budget administration
- Reconcile expenditures and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Process expense reports and payments
- Travel Management
- Arrange travel itineraries for local and international trips
- Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
- Event Management
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking and catering
- Prepare agendas and presentations for events
We are seeking an experienced administrator who can provide exceptional support to the Chief Officer LRC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of secretarial experience, including experience as a PA supporting a Chief Officer or equivalent.
Key Qualifications:- Matric certification
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of office management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
