Job Title: Enterprise Observability Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Observability Manager to lead our Monitoring and Observability team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and observability, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Monitoring and Observability team to deliver high-quality services and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve observability and monitoring capabilities across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Manage and develop a team of technical experts to ensure the highest levels of service delivery and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management and observability.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with cloud-based monitoring and observability tools, such as AWS CloudWatch and Grafana Enterprise.
