Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement merchandise plans that meet budgeted profit targets through data-driven insights and market trend analysis.
  • Collaborate with the buyer to build an assortment that maximizes sales and minimizes waste.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels and track stock ageing to ensure a fresh and relevant product offering.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive commercial acumen and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance-related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Retail, Merchandise, or Product Planning.
  • Knowledge of Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, and Equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Planning tools.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and collaboration skills.
