Job Title: Solar PV Project Manager

At Communicate Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Solar PV Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with business development needs and engineering, focusing on the continuous enhancement of our operations and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with business development needs and engineering
  • Concentrate on the continuous enhancement of company operations and efficiencies
  • Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in solar projects, particularly in project engineering or management roles
  • Expertise in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
  • Proven proficiency in designing solar PV energy systems
  • Established success in managing project contracts and liaising with clients
  • Self-motivated leader with strong abilities to inspire and motivate teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain composure under pressure
  • Strong dedication to achieving results and meeting project deadlines
  • Ensure all ISO9001 and ISO45001 compliances are met during construction
  • Feedback project learnings to the Engineering Department ensuring continual improvement
  • Handover system to O&M department as per handover procedure
Requirements:
  • National Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
  • Eligible to register with ECSA
  • Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
