Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage a team of technical support professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality IT services
  • Develop and implement ITIL processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on IT service performance
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive operational performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements:



  • ITIL certification
  • 5-6 years of experience in IT service management
  • Experience in managing a team of 20-30 members
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
