Business Development Specialist

A relevant business or legal qualification is highly desirable.
Proven sales experience within the financial services industry would be advantageous.
About This Role:- Deliver annual and monthly sales targets in alignment with our company's sales strategy to drive sustainable growth and business development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to build long-term sales opportunities and an effective distribution network of regional contacts and influencers in the foreign exchange market.
- Maintain, influence, and develop senior-level relationships with all key FX partners and introducing advisors for business development opportunities.
- Develop and manage a robust business pipeline for regional accounts and expand on activities.
- Consistently generate and close a high level of sales opportunities with clients by identifying needs, developing FX relationships, and providing appropriate FX solutions and services.
- Support introducing partners and corporate clients from initial enquiry to trade completion by facilitating registration, gathering KYC documentation, and managing the client to 'trade readiness'.
