Sales Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth through the development, planning, and execution of the sales strategy for Oxyon People Solutions' equipment in the Gauteng region of South Africa.
Responsibilities Include:- Increasing market share by identifying, signing, and developing new distributors for our equipment, as well as training and guiding existing distributors to enhance their sales performance.
- Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to promote continued growth of our product portfolio and achieve sales targets in the region.
- Managing sales leads through to closure and monitoring financial results against approved budgets, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure alignment with targets.
- Presenting and demonstrating our product range and associated benefits to customers and dealers.
- Negotiating sales contracts and associated product supply milestones.
- Degree / Diploma in Land Surveying (Geomatics) or Engineering Survey.
- 5 years of commercial experience in Land Surveying, Mapping, and analysis.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Resourcefulness, flexibility, and a sense of urgency.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven industry experience in selling products & services to end users or applied knowledge of implementing solutions in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of a wide range of surveying equipment and the requirements of customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels and functions.
