**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Stock and Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Premier Hotels & Resorts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory and supplies, as well as coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and procurement, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure that our inventory levels are accurately maintained and that our suppliers are delivering high-quality goods and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Verifying back-up documentation against purchase summaries;
- Inputting invoices and credit/debit notes into Accounts Payable;
- Preparing payment requests and submitting them to the Financial Manager and General Manager for signature/payment;
- Reconciling supplier statements against invoices and credit/debit notes;
- Ensuring timely payments and obtaining settlement discounts wherever available;
- Maintaining the integrity of our procurement platform;
- Assisting with audit requirements at year-end;
