The Plant Controller role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for managing the financial and accounting functions of our LiquiBox operations in South Africa. This includes providing expert guidance and support to operations and functional leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct month-end closing, reconcile, and balance all accounts, reviewing monthly journal entries for any discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely plant-level financial statements, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain the company's system of accounts and bank accounts, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and GAAP.
  • Implement effective internal controls, supporting efficient annual corporate and statutory audits.
