Senior Finance Manager Job Description

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join their team in Krugersdorp. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring efficient financial management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial processes and controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management, ensuring informed decision-making
  • Manage financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Professional qualification (CA, CMA, etc.) is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of financial management and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of financial operations and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting
  • Experience in the fabrication or manufacturing industry is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and precision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders
