Job Summary

Edge Personnel is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting attorneys with document preparation, proofreading, and formatting.
  • Manage and organise legal files and documents, both electronically and physically.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates.
  • Communicating with clients, court personnel, and other law firms.
  • Handling general administrative tasks, such as data entry and phone correspondence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Matric/ Grade 12
  • A bachelor's degree would be advantageous.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
