We strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences through our retail operations. As an Admin Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams, providing supportive feedback, and ensuring both team members and customers have a valued experience.

Your focus will be on ensuring that our back of house operations run effectively, efficiently, and optimally, and that overall risk to the business is reduced by adhering to our iStore policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

To enhance our operations and review systems and processes on an ongoing basis to align with the best fit for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Coordinate logistics and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

This role requires a proven track record of driving Store targets and results, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications
  • A Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous)
  • 5+ years leading teams in a complex and high turnover environment
  • Retail operations experience and knowledge
  • Matrix management capability to ensure cooperation across business functions
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, desire to learn quickly, being agile and nimble whilst thinking strategically
  • Proven track record of excellent customer experience
  • Proven track record of driving Store targets and results
