- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Plant Availability: Ensure the plant is operational at maximum capacity.
- Plant Reliability: Minimize downtime and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Financial Performance: Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial goals.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a production plant environment, preferably in power plants.
- Demonstrated competence in O&M management, with experience in managing teams and budgets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of Gas Turbine operation, v94.2 Siemens or Ansaldo units preferred.
- Experience with database platforms, such as Maximo, MS Office, and Enterprise Resource Planning applications.
