  • Educational Qualification: Grade 12 National Certificate required; B-Tech/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical (Heavy Current) Engineering preferred Certification with a Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) is an advantage
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of operations or engineering maintenance experience in a hospital or similar environment
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and managing staff in a technical environment
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract management, OHS regulations, facilities management, and engineering procurement
  • Skills: Excellent project management and financial management skills
  • Additional Requirements: A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between locations
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex engineering projects
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and management
  • Knowledge of OHS Act regulations
  • Technical problem-solving abilities
