About the Role

This role involves providing labour relations advisory and facilitation services to internal stakeholders.

  1. You will advise managers and employees on Labour relations matters.
  2. You will maintain organized Labour consultative structures.
  3. You will facilitate internal dispute resolution measures, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
  4. You will sustain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure employment relations stability.
  5. You will ensure constant monitoring of Recognition Agreements and/or any other agreements that we enter into with organized Labour.
  6. You will provide support to our negotiations team by coordinating the bargaining process.
  7. You will represent us at relevant external forums.
  8. You will develop and implement measures to promote sound employment relations.
  9. You will develop, implement, maintain and monitor Labour relations policies.
  10. You will empower management and staff on Labour relations matters.
  11. You will facilitate our compliance with employment laws.
  12. You will keep abreast of changes and developments in the Labour relations environment.
  13. You will facilitate the implementation of our Transformation initiatives.
