Shifts Hours: 8-5, 9-6, 10-7, 11-8

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing services.
  • Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in spa therapy.

Requirements:

  • 2-year Beauty Diploma, preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and/or ITEC.
  • Minimum 2 years of spa experience.
  • Maturity, responsibility, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including late shifts and occasional weekends.
  • Market-related basic salary, commission, and performance incentives.
