  • Providing technical expertise and support for the installation, maintenance and repair of electronic devices, including diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex faults;
  • Ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, with minimal disruption to business operations;
  • Compiling, recording and updating data on Zoho Call log management system to track progress and identify areas for improvement;
  • Preparing, configuring and installing mobile computer equipment into vehicles, warehouses and factories, adhering to strict safety protocols;
  • Conducting wireless site surveys to ensure optimal network performance;
  • Providing consultation support for installations, including configuration and setup of sales and test demo systems;
  • Undertaking on-site installations as and when required, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations;
  • Handling all related administration in the completion of forms, job cards, etc., maintaining accurate records and reports;
  • Adhering to all health and safety requirements in the execution of responsibilities, prioritizing employee well-being and safety;
  • Providing post-sales support to staff, business partners and end-users, delivering exceptional customer service and experience;
